KICKBOXING  Kickboxing refers to sport-fighting using punches and kicks and sometimes throws and bows representing a certain martial art. We will practice this for general fitness.

SPINNING  It’s a workout for your mind and a challenge for your body. Each class is designed to challenge every level of fitness. Bring a wayer bottle to class.

PILATES  Open to all levels, this class offers a series of floor exercises performed using  the resistance of your body. Emphasis will be on alignment, strength and flexibility.

YOGA 1-2  A mixed level yoga class designed for beginner and intermediate students alike to enhance their practice of physical postures and breath awareness. The benefits of yoga are endless, and students will gain flexibility, improved strength and muscle tone, enhanced breath and self awareness, reduced stress and weight loss.
